Suspension

When installing polyurethane bushings, put them in the freezer for an hour or so before you put them in. This will shrink them just enough so they'll slip in without having to hammer them in. Also, don't spray polyurethane bushings with WD-40. This will actually remove the synthetic lubricant and they will definitely squeak almost immediately. Use only the correct synthetic lubricant supplied with the bushings when you're installing them and also when you're re-lubricating them.
