Social Media Coordinator

Classic Industries® is looking for a high energy marketing minded Social Media Coordinator to lead our engagement in social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Blog, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.

This individual will develop and implement best practices; create and execute social campaigns aligned with enthusiast interests, company activities, events and marketing programs. The position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of multiple social campaigns including writing copy, managing assets across multiple social networks, extracting actionable insights from social monitoring data and fan/follower interaction.

Responsibilities include creating a comprehensive social media strategy using marketing techniques to increase visibility, interaction and reach, with the objective of developing brand awareness. Become an advocate of the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate. Measure the impact of social media on the overall marketing efforts. Leverage the SEO effect of social media and increase the rankings of most important keywords, while identifying ways to improve the website experience for visitors.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in the following areas: social media tools and techniques, marketing (traditional and new media), project management, problem solver, and have excellent attention to detail. Copywriting, outstanding grammar, and a keen sense of professional etiquette are mandatory.

Automotive Catalog Merchandiser

The Merchandising Department at Classic Industries® seeks an experienced Automotive Catalog Merchandising professional for sourcing new products, brands, and suppliers. Our busy catalog merchandising team sources a wide variety of products for several automotive parts and accessories catalogs.

Applicants should have an enthusiastic personality, professional telephone etiquette, good communication skills, and the ability to develop relationships with manufacturers, and suppliers. Good position for a knowledgeable counter person looking for a change. GM and Chrysler muscle car parts or GM pickup truck parts knowledge is a plus. The ideal candidate should be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a catalog merchandising department.

Position requires excellent grammar, copywriting, typing and computer (Windows and/or Mac) skills. Proficiency in Excel and the ability to handle large amounts of data is a plus. Benefits and a comfortable "car culture" work environment make this the perfect position for an automotive enthusiast with a parts department background.

Graphic Designer

Classic Industries® is seeking a experienced, full-time Graphic Designer to join our team in Huntington Beach, CA. Projects range from large-scale event production and displays, to corporate brandings and catalog development.

We are looking for an individual with a minimum of two years experience that can bring creative ideas to the table. Must be able to work effectively on multiple projects and deliver high quality work under tight deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.

The right candidate for the position will possess a strong graphic design foundation (typography, form, color, composition, image-making, etc.), with extensive experience on Mac systems including In-Design CS6, Photoshop CS6, Illustrator CS6, Flash CS6, and basic HTML. Autodesk Maya is a plus. Requires desktop publishing skills with heavy catalog production and layout responsibilities. Pinpoint accuracy and attention to detail a must.

Production Artist

At Classic Industries® we are in search of an experienced and talented Production Artist for our busy graphic arts team. Our Production Artist will work on key efforts, such as supporting our marketing and merchandising departments by creating all forms of print/web based media for marketing materials and catalog production.

Responsibilities include preparing the digital output, while managing the production of critical marketing projects including brochures, trade show posters, data sheets, sales aids, print ads, and product logos.

Individual must have a minimum of two years experience, be able to multitask, meet deadlines, and exhibit excellent attention to detail. Position requires experience with Mac systems including In-Design CS6, Photoshop CS6, Illustrator CS6, Web based media and desktop publishing.
