These popular 1955-57 Chevrolet passenger car headers offer superior performance and are designed to clear most air conditioning, power brake, and power steering systems. Extra ground clearance makes "slammed" vehicles driveable and above frame rail ex haust system installation easy.

Included with each set are installation hardware, collector reducers, gaskets and instructions.

These headers are raw s teel and are uncoated for those who wish to apply their own type or color of coating. Although an uncoated hedder can be used, we recommend the use of a thermal coating or a high temperature paint (sold separately) to protect them from the elements and p rolong their life. • Check motor mount position before ordering
• Will not fit if engine is locate d more than 3/4" forward for HEI firewall clearance.
• Will not fit with 168 tooth flywheels or kickout aftermarket starters
• Header is designed to fit cars using original V-8 pitman arm, not 6 cylinder pitman arm. Aftermarket pitman arm s must be same configuration as OE for proper header fit.
