1957-77 Ford/Mercury; Mustang/Falcon/Cougar/Comet; Power Steering Cylinder Seal Kit

Replacement power steering hydraulic cylinder boot and insulator kit for numerous Ford and Mercury applications including Mustang, Falcon, Cougar, and Comet. The power steering cylinder mounts under the car next to the draglink. The seals are designed to maintain pressure within the cylinder and seal out dirt and grime from the cylinder piston, preventing premature wear. When worn, or damaged the seal can leak, causing damage to the cylinder and possibly other steering components. This kit contains all the necessary parts to seal a power steering cylinder from the elements includingseals. retainers wipers, and scrapers. Kit is for vehicles equipped with factory power steering. Sold as kit.
