Performer RPM Air Gap Black Manifold Big Block Oval port-Non-Egr
This award winning design for 396-502 big block Chevy engines incorporates the same race winning technology that's been used by Edelbrock competition intakes for years. The air-gap design features an open air space that separates the runners from ho t engine oil resulting in a cooler, more dense intake charge for more power. RPM Air-Gap manifolds are modeled after Performer RPM intakes for street power from 1500 to 6500 RPM and the Performer Air-Gap manifolds are ideal for street performance from idl e to 5500 RPM.
These manifolds include a black powdercoated finish, rear water outlets, two distributor clamp locations, nitrous bosses, and accept all late model alternator and A/C brackets. The heater outlet boss is angled for proper fit over the va lve cover. The temp sensor boss clears all waternecks. There is no provision for exhaust heated chokes and no exhaust crossover. For square-bore carburetors only.
Recommend purchasing E8564 manifold bolts, E7203 intake gaskets, and either T2046 1-3/8" l ong, T2047 2" long or T2106 3" long carburetor studs; these are not included with the manifold.
Note: Will not fit under stock hood 1967-81 Camaro.
