1964-66 Chevrolet / GMC Truck AC System With Electronic Controls

Custom Heat Cool & Defrost system for 1964-1966 Chevrolet and GMC Trucks. Custom mounting plate attaches the Hurricane unit to firewall using original heater mounting holes. The A/C & Heater fittings pass through the original factory blower motor hole with a custom rubber grommet. Compact design allows you to retain the cowl vent and a majority of the glove box.

Custom Molded Plenum fits along bottom edge of the dash and includes rectangular louvers and controls. An additional under-dash louver is also included to for the left side of the steering column. If desired the plenum can be painted or covered with upholstery to match the interior of of the truck.

Complete System includes a rotary compressor, mounting bracket and condenser/drier assembly with custom tubes for a driver side mounted compressor. A variety of compressor and mounting brackets are available to fit most popular Chevrolet V8 & 6 cylinder engines. The AC hose kit is made with barrier style hose and o-ring style fittings.
