GM, Mopar; Hall Effect Speedometer Sending Unit 7/8"-18 Thread

This is the speedometer sending unit used for AutoMeter electric speedometers on a wide array of GM and Chrysler vehicles. Just splice the plug into your stock loom and you're done. This unit is not included with the speedometer when you buy an AutoMeter electronic speedometer unit, and must be purchased separately in most cases.

AutoMeter vehicle speed sensors generate the signal you need to make installing an AutoMeter electric speedometer in your vehicle quick and easy. Compatible with GM and Chrysler transmissions with a 7/8" -18 threaded speedometer cable output, this vehicle speed sensor outputs a 16 pulse per revolution (PPR), 12v square wave signal. Featuring a mechanical cable output, this sensor has the ability to retain the mechanical cable in applications with mechanically driven cruise control.
