Reproduction of the original "Mach 1" pop-open gas cap for use on 1971-73 models. A beautiful finish makes this pop open "GT" gas cap a must for any 1971-73 Mustang owner. Manufactured in heavy gauge metal including a beautiful brushed finish. The cap features a polished center that pops open for a unique look. Inside the cap is the twist-on fuel cap that seals up your fuel filler pipe. The outside edge of this pop open gas cap is painted argent silver and made to look like the original, but twists on to the fuel neck.
