Alter Ego 1063 Series insulated billet aluminum panel mount line clamps with Delrin inserts. These clamps are great for cleaning up your engine bay. Safe for use with most hard and soft fluid and air lines. Perfect for custom brake, fuel, or air ride plumbing. Can also accommodate electrical wire or cable up to to 4/0 AWG or 16mm.

These machined 6061 billet aluminum clamps can be easily customized to secure a variety lines, hoses, and cables. These panel mount clamps feature a flat surface for mounting to vehicle body, frame, or custom-built brackets. The clamps specifically designed to provide panel clearance so most fittings can be accessed without removal.

The durable Delrin inserts come with 3/16" pilot holes that can be easily drilled to accommodate a larger line, up to 5/8" OD. The inserts are split to ease installation onto existing lines. The inserts also insulate the line preventing galvanic corrosion on metal lines. Delrin also has good thermal and electrical insulating properties.

The countersunk stainless mounting screws extend through the clamp and double as the mounting hardware. Screws are long enough to extend through most vehicle frames. A Nylock nut keeps the clamp secure.
