1947-54 Pickup Front 6 Lug Disc Brake Conversion Set
The 6-lug disc brake set contains the parts you will need to add modern discs to your 1/2 ton spindles using your stock hubs. These 1-1/4" thick, 12" rotors use a GM full floating caliper. The booster assembly mounts in the stock location and uses the original brake pedal.
Set includes:- Power brake booster
- Master cylinder
- Proportioning valve
- 12" rotors
- Factory style loaded cast iron calipers
- Caliper mount brackets
- Flex hoses
- Mounting brackes and hardware

We recommended to use roller bear ing upgrade part # RBK01 sold seperately.
Important:- Requires a minimum of a 15" wheel.
- May not work with some factory wheels.
- 1947-50 trucks may require drilling lower spindle holes from 7/16" to 1/2".
- Original manual transmission models require modifications to transmission crossmember.
- We recommended to use tubular transmission crossmember # CX1354 to replace your old stock cross member and no modification to cross member required. sold seperately.
- Not for use with aftermarket 2" drop spindles.
