The 1969 Firebird is the perfect vehicle for modification and bringing its features to today's standards. This VHX System fits directly into the stock Firebird gauge carrier and include new clear lenses, the stock instrument lenses will no longer be us ed.

VHX gauges from Dakota Digital feature fully lit needles, backlit faces, and vibrant LCD message centers which can display automatic gearshift location, clock, odometer, trip meter, 0-60 and 1/4mile timers can be displayed as well as high RPM an d high speed recalls. Behind the scenes, micro-controlled precision stepper motors, and solid state sensors bring your classic instrument cluster into the modern age.

Bushings: Each kit comes with 1/8" to 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" NPT bushings along with bushings for 12mm and 16mm x 1.5 threads

Dakota Digital instruments are programmed and operated by the push of a button. Simply mount the included pushbuttons supplied with your gauges in a convenient and easily accessible location. These buttons are used to calibrate your speedometer, set the cylinder count and the fuel level gauge. Once properly configured these same buttons are used to access the wealth of information located in the Digital Message Center.
