Stage 2 is designed for the performance enthusiast who already has some performance modifications. Stage 2 features more aggressive programming to make the most possible horsepower and torque. Fuel and timing curves are heavily modified for peak performance and drivability. Stage 2 tuning requires the use of an 180*F thermostat, 91 octane or higher fuel and high-flow exhaust. Designed specifically for use with aftermarket intake systems, mass air sensors, throttle body spacers and other bolt-on performance upgrades! Not for use with a stock engine, as when run with stock intake and exhaust, because it is calibrated for a high-flow exhaust, it will run too rich.
