Reproduction transmission side mounting bracket (for the ignition safety lock-out linkage bellcrank assembly) used on 1968-74 A-Body column shift automatic transmission models with a 727 transmission. Also used on all 1970 A-Body 727 automatic transmission equipped cars whether console or column shift. The bracket mounts to the left side of the transmission and supports the torque shaft/bellcrank that connects linkage from the steering column to the transmission. Formed from heavy gauge steel and zinc phosphate and oiled for original appearance. Reference Chrysler part number 2800 942.
