Cancelling cams are mounted on top of the turn signal switch and is activated by the turn signal lever. When working properly, the cam will shut the turn signals off when the steering wheel is returned to the centered position. If your turn signals turn off prematurely or not at all then you'll probably want to replace the cam. For use on various GM models with or without tilt steering wheel.
